Mix cottage cheese with sugar (sugar can be added to taste).
- Soft low-fat cottage cheese: 500 g
- Sugar: 100 g

Mix sour cream with sugar.
- Sour cream 10%: 300 g
- Sugar: 100 g

Wash the fruits and place them at the bottom of the dish (any berries, bananas, peaches, whatever you like).
- Fresh berries: to taste

Prepare the gelatin (according to the instructions on the package).
- Gelatin: 30 g

Combine cottage cheese and sour cream and mix - it will result in a liquid mass. You can blend it for a more uniform consistency.
- Soft low-fat cottage cheese: 500 g
- Sour cream 10%: 300 g

Pour the gelatin in a thin stream into the cottage cheese-sour cream mixture. Mix well.

We cover all the fruits with the mixture (evenly).
