Wash the strawberries and chop them finely, mix with sugar.
- Strawberry: 200 g
- Sugar: 150 g

Prepare the dough: beat the egg, salt, and water, then pour the mixture into the flour and knead a firm dough.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Salt: pinch
- Water: 0.5 glass
- Wheat flour: 400 g
