Coconut Cookies

Delicious cookies that first appeared on store shelves and then migrated to home kitchens. The main secret is to take more coconut flakes, in our recipe as much as 2 cups per 1 spoon of flour. Then it will turn out so textured , rough, but soft and juicy.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, mix coconut flakes (preferably sweet, but plain is also fine), sugar, flour, melted butter, egg yolks, and one whole egg.
- Coconut flakes: 2 glasss
- Sugar: 0.5 glass
- Wheat flour: 1 tablespoon
- Butter: 60 g
- Egg yolk: 2 pieces
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Wet your hands with water so that the oil-sugar mixture doesn't stick to your fingers, and shape the resulting dough into equal balls about the size of a walnut.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies for fifteen minutes until golden.
