Striped panna cotta is the embodiment of sophistication in European cuisine, where the simplicity of ingredients combines with exquisite taste and striking appearance. This dessert originates from Italy and was originally a delicate creamy custard set with gelatin. Modern variations allow for playing with colors and flavors to create layered compositions. In this recipe, the striped structure is achieved by alternating creamy, fruity, and milky layers that harmoniously intertwine to create a rich palette of flavors. Bright colors obtained from natural dyes add appeal, making the dessert not only delicious but also visually captivating. It is ideal for festive occasions where gastronomic impressions and aesthetic pleasure are both important.
