Vanilla cream for decorating cupcakes is a delicate and airy sweet glaze that perfectly complements baked goods with its soft taste and aroma. The origins of this cream trace back to European culinary tradition, where vanilla has long been valued for its sophistication. The cream has a silky texture due to the combination of butter and cream cheese, while powdered sugar gives it the necessary sweetness. A light vanilla hue makes it versatile – suitable for both classic vanilla cupcakes and chocolate or berry desserts. Food coloring can be added for brightness. Perfect for creating elegant patterns with a piping nozzle, this cream transforms ordinary cupcakes into culinary works of art, delighting not only in taste but also in appearance.

1
In a large bowl, mix the butter and cream cheese with a mixer until smooth (about 30 seconds).
- Butter: 120 g
- Cream cheese: 230 g
2
Add vanilla extract or essence and powdered sugar. Using a mixer, first beat the cream at low speed and then at high speed until fluffy and homogeneous.
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar: 4 glasss
3
Slowly add cream until the desired consistency is reached. It's better to add less than 1 tablespoon for a thick mixture (note that gel dye will make the cream more liquid). Continue to whip the mixture for about 1 minute.
- Cream 30%: 1 tablespoon
- Food coloring: to taste
4
Decorate cupcakes using a star nozzle. If the cream is not thick enough, chill it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
