Marshmallow fondant is a magical material for cake decoration, soft and elastic like clay. Its delicate texture and light sweetness make desserts not only beautiful but also tasty. This type of fondant emerged as an alternative to traditional sugar paste and quickly became popular due to its ease of preparation. Used for covering and shaping decorative elements, it allows for stunning designs. The flavor is gentle, with a hint of vanilla and the light airiness characteristic of marshmallows. Its ease of use makes it an ideal choice for home bakers. Before use, the fondant is chilled and then rolled out to the desired thickness. This is a perfect way to give a cake aesthetic completeness, whether it's an elegant wedding composition or a bright children's treat.
