Remove the core from the apples, peel them, and cut into cubes.

Put apples, raisins, sugar, cloves, and 75 g of butter in small pieces into a pot. Add 75 ml of cold water, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes until the apples soften slightly.

Grease 4 fireproof bowls or other baking molds with vegetable oil. Place the fruit mixture in them and sprinkle with crumbs.
