Cottage cheese pie with blueberries is a delicate treat of Russian cuisine that combines the softness of cottage cheese with the sweet and sour notes of blueberries. This dessert has ancient traditions as cottage cheese has long been valued for its health benefits while berries add freshness and lightness. The slightly crunchy shortcrust creates a perfect base for the airy cottage cheese filling infused with vanilla aroma. Blueberries add vibrant flavor nuances and make the pie truly special. It is ideal for cozy family tea times, festive treats, and simply enjoyable moments. It can be served warm or chilled, complemented by fresh berries or light cream. Each spoonful of this pie is a true delight that brings comfort and joy.

1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix softened butter with brown sugar (if the butter is not soft enough, you can warm the bowl in hot water). Add eggs and mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Butter: 100 g
- Brown sugar: 100 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Mix the flour with the baking powder and vanillin, sift the flour mixture into a bowl with the egg-butter mixture. Knead the dough well.
- Wheat flour: 300 g
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
- Vanillin: pinch

Grease the mold with oil, press the dough into it with your hands, spreading and pressing it down (don't forget to poke it with a fork, and you can cover it with baking paper to prevent rising). Bake for 12 minutes.
- Butter: 100 g

We prepare the filling by mixing cottage cheese, sugar, vanillin, cream, and blueberries (you can use any blueberries, fresh, frozen, or jam, but if you take jam, remember it's already sweet). I used crushed blueberries. Mix everything well to avoid lumps.
- Soft cottage cheese: 400 g
- Sugar: 125 g
- Vanillin: pinch
- Cream 10%: 200 ml
- Blueberry: to taste

Pour the filling onto the crust and place it in the oven for 30 minutes (you can increase the temperature to 200 degrees). The filling may be a bit runny, don't worry — when you take it out of the oven, everything will set.
