Puff pastry with strawberries and mascarpone

Strawberry and mascarpone puff pastry is a true gastronomic masterpiece embodying the elegance of European cuisine. Its roots trace back to French baking traditions, where puff pastry is used to create airy, crispy desserts. In this recipe, exquisite mascarpone cream is complemented by fresh strawberries, creating a delightful combination of tenderness and slight acidity. An ideal treat for a romantic evening or festive tea party, the pastry delights not only in taste but also in appearance: delicate layers of dough soaked in cream form an elegant composition. It is served chilled to emphasize the freshness of the berries and the softness of the cheese. Easy to prepare but leaves an unforgettable impression!

1
Roll out 2 sheets of puff pastry, fold each sheet in half, and cut out a shape (I chose a heart). This will yield 4 hearts. Cut small hearts in the middle of 2 pieces. Send the dough to a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
