Peach muffins are the embodiment of tenderness and fruity delight in European culinary tradition. Their airy dough, enriched with butter and kefir, perfectly harmonizes with juicy pieces of peach, adding natural sweetness and a light tang to the dessert. Historically, muffins originated in England, but this peach variant became popular due to the love for fruity notes in baking. They are perfect for morning tea or cozy evenings with coffee. Thanks to vanillin, the muffins acquire a warm aroma that envelops them in tenderness. The simplicity of preparation makes them an excellent choice for home culinary experiments. Enjoy every bite of this treat as they will give you a taste of summer regardless of the season.
