Delicate cottage cheese pudding is an exquisite dessert of European cuisine that embodies home comfort and gentle taste sensations. Its base is cottage cheese, which gives lightness and airiness, while semolina adds a delicate texture. Vanillin fills the pudding with a subtle aroma, and raisins add a light sweetness. Through gradual whipping of the egg whites and yolks, the dessert gains fluffiness and softness, while baking creates a golden crust. Cottage cheese pudding is suitable for both morning breakfast and cozy family tea time. It pairs wonderfully with fresh berries, fruits or honey, highlighting the natural tenderness of the cottage cheese. This dessert is an ideal treat for lovers of light and healthy sweets.
