Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Whisk the yolks with sugar until a white mass forms. Add sour cream and melted butter. Gradually add flour while mixing well. Whisk the egg whites to a thick foam and add to the batter. Add baking soda mixed with vinegar to the prepared mixture, mix well, and add the baking powder.
