Mix all the ingredients (except for flowers, oil, and powder) in a large bowl until you get a liquid batter, then let it sit for 30–60 minutes.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Milk: 200 ml
- Light beer: 150 ml
- Sugar: 50 g
- Vanillin: to taste
- Rum: to taste

Heat oil in a deep pot. Dip the acacia flowers in the batter, then into the pot with oil, frying until a crust forms like regular pancakes.
