Crack 2 eggs into a glass bowl, add salt, and mix until smooth. Pour melted butter into the mixture, add one pack of low-fat cottage cheese (about 180 g), mix with a whisk, and add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Gradually add flour to the resulting homogeneous mass and knead the dough. Place it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

- Wheat flour: 7 tablespoons

For the filling, mash the low-fat cottage cheese with the remaining egg and powdered sugar with a fork until smooth. Place in the refrigerator.

Remove the pits from the cherries in advance.
- Pitted cherries: 15 pieces

Roll out the cottage cheese dough slightly and place it in a baking dish, leaving small edges (2–3 cm). Send it to the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees (the dough should not brown). Remove the dough from the oven and spread the cottage cheese filling on top, then add cherries. Cut the remaining dough into small strips and place them over the cherries. Return to the oven for 20–25 minutes until a golden crust forms.
