Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Line the baking dish with foil.

Slice the bananas into rounds and place them in a dish, add half a cup of frozen or fresh berries (to taste) on top of the bananas. Sprinkle with cinnamon (1/3 teaspoon). Add 1 tablespoon of honey. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the oats, baking powder, and remaining cinnamon. In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk, remaining honey, and vanillin.

- Honey: 3 tablespoons

We take the bananas with berries out of the oven. Remove the foil and sprinkle with the oatmeal mixture. Then pour the milk mixture over the flakes, ensuring it is evenly distributed. Sprinkle with the remaining berries (optional, nuts can also be added).
