Whisk 2 eggs with sugar until frothy.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Sugar: 1 glass

Heat the milk until warm and divide it into 2 parts.
- Milk: 500 ml

In part 1, melt the margarine in warm milk, in part 2, dissolve the yeast.
- Milk: 500 ml
- Margarine: 200 g
- Dry yeast: 10 g

Mix the milk-yeast mixture with the sugar-egg mixture in a pot, add sour cream, stir well, then pour in the milk-margarine mixture and add vanilla, stirring well again.
- Milk: 500 ml
- Sugar: 1 glass

- Sour cream: 5 tablespoon
- Vanillin: 20 g

Then add raisins, dried fruits, and flour.
- Raisin: 200 g
- Dried fruits: 200 g
- Wheat flour: 1 kg

Knead the dough and place it in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

Before placing the dough in the baking pan, grease it with margarine and sprinkle a little breadcrumbs.
- Margarine: 200 g
- Breadcrumbs: 200 g

Put the dough in half of the mold, as it will rise.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees. Large kulichs took 40 minutes, small ones 30.

For the glaze, chill the whites of 2 eggs and beat with salt until thick foam.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces

Then gradually, without stopping the whipping, add the powdered sugar in small portions.
- Powdered sugar: 250 g

After all the powder is poured out, whisk for about another 4 minutes.

Apply icing to the slightly cooled kulich and leave it until fully set.
