Chocolate muffins with bran and a banana center are a delightful treat inspired by American cuisine but with unique notes of healthy ingredients. Their rich chocolate flavor, complemented by the aroma of cocoa and amaretto, harmonizes with the tenderness of cottage cheese and the light sweetness of banana. Oat and rye flour, along with fiber, give the dough density and a rich composition, while sesame adds an exquisite crunch. These muffins not only please the palate but also serve as an excellent option for a healthy snack. Perfect as a dessert for morning coffee or cozy evening tea time. Plus, hot muffins can be sprinkled with chocolate to enhance their richness and provide a moment of pure enjoyment!
