Wash and slice the strawberries.
- Strawberry: 900 g

Using a hand mixer, whip 3 cups of cream to stiff peaks. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix until smooth. Spread a thin layer of cream at the bottom of the dish. Place 6 cookies on top. Then another layer of cream and then strawberries. Repeat these layers three times, with the last layer being cream.

For the glaze, bring the remaining cream to a boil and add the chocolate. Once the cream has boiled, turn off the heat and quickly whisk until smooth, so the chocolate melts completely. The glaze should be thick and shiny. Drizzle the glaze over the dessert and place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to allow the cookies to soften completely.
