Semolina muffins with kefir are a delicate and airy treat from Russian cuisine that captivates with its simplicity and elegance. Semolina soaked in kefir makes the baked goods soft and slightly moist, while sugar adds a pleasant sweetness. Baking soda reacted with vinegar helps the dough become airy, and flour creates the perfect texture. These muffins pair perfectly with a cup of tea or coffee and can be a great addition to a cozy family breakfast or friendly gatherings.
