Curd and apple soufflé

Cottage cheese-apple soufflé is a delicate, airy dessert with a slight tartness from the apples and a rich dairy flavor of cottage cheese. It has a long history in Russian cuisine where cottage cheese is traditionally used in baking and desserts. The soufflé is perfect for a light breakfast or snack and can also be served at festive tables. Preparation takes just a few minutes and the result always delights with its soft and velvety taste. Cinnamon added when serving gives the dish a cozy aroma while raisins add pleasant sweetness. This dessert can be enjoyed warm, savoring its tender texture or chilled when it becomes denser resembling cottage cheese casserole. It's a simple and healthy treat that appeals to both children and adults.

1
Grate the apple. Add cottage cheese and egg.
- Apple: 1 piece
- Soft cottage cheese: 200 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
2
Mix everything with a fork.
3
Place in molds suitable for microwave or oven. The souffle does not rise when baked, so you can fill the molds to the top.
4
Place in the microwave (oven) for 5 minutes. Check readiness by touching the top of the dessert — if there is a cheese mark on your finger, bake for a couple more minutes.
5
Sprinkle with cinnamon when serving. Raisins can be added.
- Ground cinnamon: to taste
