Add sugar to the cream and mix.
- Cream 10%: 300 ml
- Brown sugar: 100 g

Cut the vanilla pod in half and place it in the cream. Boil the cream over low heat for 3-5 minutes.

Take out the vanilla. Let the cream cool slightly (but not harden), then chill in the freezer.

Transfer the chilled cream to a blender, add the strawberries (without thawing them first), and blend well until smooth. Freeze the mixture.
