Chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater. Mix the onion, processed cheese with the egg.
- Onion: 1 head
- Vegetable oil: 50 ml
- Processed cheese: 2 pieces
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Roll out the dough and shape it to fit the baking dish. Place the dough in the bottom of the dish, spread the prepared filling on top. Cover with another sheet. Brush with egg.
