Chop one and a half lemons finely and blend them until smooth.
- Lemon: 1.5 piece

Mix sugar, butter, eggs, milk, lemon puree, and vanilla sugar. Stir everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass.
- Brown sugar: 200 g
- Butter: 100 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Milk: 3 tablespoons
- Lemon: 1.5 piece
- Vanilla sugar: 15 g

Add flour and baking powder to the resulting mass and knead a not too thick dough.
- Wheat flour: 250 g
