Dough. Mix about 120 grams of butter with flour. Break an egg, add powdered sugar, and knead the dough by adding one spoon of water at a time. If needed, add more flour. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Filling. Cut the apples into small cubes (about 4 medium apples) and sauté in butter with sugar until soft. Add about 30 grams of butter and sugar to taste, depending on how sour the apples are.

Crumb: 20 grams of flour (or a bit more), 20 grams of sugar, 20 grams of butter. Rub the flour and butter together by hand into crumbs, add sugar, and mix.

Roll the dough into a circle 0.5 cm thick. Place the filling, leaving 1.5 cm from the edge. Fold the edges. Sprinkle with crumbs on top.
