Chop chocolate and 0.5 cup of pecans in a blender into fine crumbs. Place in a bowl. Remove the pits from the dates and blend the flesh with 1 cup of pecans in a blender. Add to the bowl with chocolate and mix well.
- Dark chocolate 70%: 70 g
- Pecan: 1.5 glass
- Dates: 4 pieces

Place 2 tablespoons of chocolate-nut mixture into the tartlet mold and press it tightly to the bottom with your fingers. Remove the tartlet from the mold.

For the cream, whip the sour cream, yogurt, and brown sugar.

Put 1 tablespoon of cream in each mold and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
