Whisk the eggs with sugar until the volume increases three times.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sugar: 125 g

- Wheat flour: 125 g

Pour the batter into a 20x30 cm baking tray, previously greased with vegetable oil and lined with baking paper. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until the sponge is golden and remains soft.

Place the finished sponge cake paper side up on the work surface. Carefully remove the paper. Spread thick jam on the sponge cake. Roll it up and leave it to cool completely.
