Clafoutis with blueberries

Clafoutis with blueberries is an exquisite French dessert that hails from the traditional cuisine of the Limousin region. It is a cross between a casserole and a pie, featuring a tender, airy batter and juicy berry filling. Blueberries give it a sweet, slightly tart flavor that pairs wonderfully with the vanilla and creamy notes of the batter. Baked in the oven until golden brown, clafoutis becomes a fragrant and appetizing treat. It is most often served warm, dusted with light powdered sugar, and sometimes accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This is the perfect dessert for cozy evenings, romantic dinners, or simply enjoying the moment with a cup of coffee.
