Cottage cheese dessert (no baking)

20 minutes
No-bake cottage cheese dessert is an embodiment of tenderness and lightness from Russian culinary tradition. Its base is soft cottage cheese mixed with sour cream, creating a velvety texture and rich creamy flavor. Sweetness can be adjusted by adding sugar or honey to taste. Gelatin gives the dessert its perfect shape, transforming the liquid mixture into an exquisite treat. The special magic lies in the berries or fruits hidden at the bottom of the mold, adding freshness and a slight tartness. After cooling in the fridge, the dessert becomes firm yet remains surprisingly delicate. It can be garnished with syrup, mint, and additional berries for visual harmony. Such a dessert is a wonderful choice for a light dinner, festive gathering, or simply moments of sweet indulgence.
