French blueberry tart (Tarte aux myrtilles) is an exquisite dessert rooted in the alpine regions of France, where blueberries are considered a true treasure of nature. For the dough, mix flour, salt, and cold butter (in pieces). Stir until a uniform mass is formed. Add sour cream (you can use natural yogurt or liquid cottage cheese - séré). Leave the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 180 g
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Butter: 100 g
- Sour cream: 100 g

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm, making sure to create high edges for the cake. Poke many holes in the dough with a fork.

Cover the dough with baking paper, bake the dough without filling for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Remove the baking paper from the top of the cake and bake for another 25 minutes. Let the dough cool.

Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla. Fold the whipped cream into the batter.

Add blueberries on top. For beauty, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
