Separate the eggs into whites and yolks.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces

Mix the yolks with the cottage cheese and add 50 grams of sugar. Add vanilla and beat the mixture with a mixer.

Mix the egg whites with 50 grams of sugar. Whip with a mixer until a fluffy light white mass (meringue) is obtained.

Add coffee to the vessel with water.
- Water: 200 ml
- Instant coffee: 3 teaspoons

Dipping the cookies in coffee water, layer them in a dish with a wide bottom. The next layer is a mixture with cottage cheese. The third layer is meringue. Continue layering (2-3), leaving the meringue layer on top. The number of layers depends on the width of the dish's bottom. The wider it is, the fewer layers there will be.

Put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Then sprinkle a thin layer of cocoa powder and place it in the refrigerator for another 2 hours — then it will be ready to eat.
