Berry soufflé is an airy treat that combines the tenderness of French cuisine with the vibrant flavor of ripe berries. Its history traces back to classic European desserts where lightness and sophistication play a key role. The soufflé is airy and melts in the mouth, thanks to carefully whipped egg whites that create a soft, fluffy texture when baked. Berry puree enriched with subtle sweet notes gives it a refreshing taste with a hint of tartness. It is perfect for both a romantic dinner and an elegant finish to a festive meal. This soufflé can be served as a standalone dessert or complemented with vanilla sauce, ice cream, or fresh berries for even greater harmony of flavors.
