Berry-yogurt dessert is a delicate combination of airy yogurt, refreshing berries, and a crunchy cookie base. Its roots can be traced back to European traditions of light desserts, where the balance of sweetness and natural flavors is valued. This dessert captivates with its texture: a thin layer of crumbly cookie gently contrasts with the soft, slightly firm yogurt-berry mousse. The combination of tart-sweet berries with delicate yogurt adds a refreshing touch, while the lightness of gelatin makes it perfect for finishing any meal. It not only delights the taste but also suits summer days when something light yet rich is desired. Serving in a springform pan preserves its aesthetic appeal, turning the dessert into a true table decoration.

Crush the cookies with a blender into crumbs and mix with butter, then spread the resulting dough into a mold (we have a 22 cm diameter), flatten it, and hide it in the refrigerator.
- Cookies ""Jubilee"": 150 g
- Butter: 70 g

Thaw the berries and drain the juice. Dissolve gelatin in the juice, let it swell for 30-40 minutes, and heat until fully dissolved (do not boil!!!). Add sugar to the berries, blend slightly, mix with yogurt, add gelatin, wait until it thickens a bit, and pour into a mold with a base.
- Frozen berries: 500 g
- Gelatin: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 0.5 glass
- Yogurt: 0.5 l

Let it cool in the refrigerator. I used a detachable mold, then just removed the edge and that's it.
