Souffle with chocolate

Chocolate soufflé is a delicate airy dessert that captivates with its rich flavor and light texture. Originating from French cuisine, soufflé was initially a symbol of sophistication served in the finest restaurants of Paris. Its main feature is the fluffy structure achieved through whipped egg whites that create the dessert's weightlessness. In this recipe, chocolate gives the soufflé a deep, velvety taste perfectly complemented by the sweetness of sugar. It takes just a few minutes to prepare, making it a great choice for a quick yet refined treat. Serve it slightly cooled to enjoy the contrast of warm chocolate and airy whites. This is the perfect dessert for a romantic evening or cozy tea time.
