Combine flour with softened butter, add 100 grams of sugar and 1 egg. Mix thoroughly.
- Wheat flour: 300 g
- Butter: 100 g
- Brown sugar: 200 g
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

Put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Prepare the filling: combine cottage cheese, cream, 2 eggs, vanilla sugar, and 100 grams of sugar, mix until smooth. Place the filling in the refrigerator.
- Cottage cheese 18%: 200 g
- Cream 10%: 75 ml
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

Place the prepared dough in a greased pan and cover it with parchment paper.

To prevent the dough from burning, you can place beans on top of the parchment.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Peel the apples and core them, then slice them thinly.
