Pineapple pastries are an exquisite combination of crispy puff pastry and juicy, sweet pieces of pineapple framed by a delicate layer of caramelized sugar. This dessert was born at the intersection of traditional European baking and the exotic charm of tropical fruits. Perfect for both morning tea and as a finale to a festive dinner. The lightness of the puff pastry harmoniously complements the refreshing taste of pineapple, creating an amazing balance of sweetness and tenderness. The finished pastries require no complex culinary skills but look delightful and can adorn any table. Sprinkled with powdered sugar, they acquire a touch of airy softness, turning every meal into true enjoyment.
