Grind the dried fruits separately in a meat grinder, add sugar to taste (you can skip it altogether).
- Seedless raisins: 300 g
- Dried apricots: 300 g
- Pitted prunes: 300 g
- Sugar: 2 glasss

Dough: mix 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of sour cream, eggs, add baking soda. Add flour and knead the dough.
- Sugar: 2 glasss
- Sour cream 20%: 200 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 400 g

Divide the dough into 3 parts. Make 3 rolls for each type of dried fruit. For further decoration, you can make a few small round cookies.

Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. Cut into pieces 1–1.5 cm thick while hot.

Cream: whip sour cream with sugar to taste. Add vanilla sugar.
- Sour cream 20%: 200 g
- Sugar: 2 glasss
- Vanilla sugar: 1 teaspoon

Take a high enamel pot, grease the walls and bottom with cream. Randomly place pieces of rolls, previously dipped in cream. Finish with an even layer.

Put in the refrigerator for a day.

Use a knife to separate the cake from the edges. If the cake doesn't come out, flip the pot onto a wooden board and tap the bottom of the pot.

Spread a layer of cream on the ready cake, decorate with cookies resembling an old stump, and draw rings on top with a toothpick.
