Take the butter out of the fridge in advance, cut it into pieces, and set it aside to soften.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Put the whites in the refrigerator.

Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Take a larger dough ball and grate it, spreading it all over the tray.

Layer the main part of the fruits mixed with the dough. Sprinkle the remaining dough on top.

Bake at 180 degrees until almost done, until light golden color (about 40 minutes). By that time, beat the egg whites, first without sugar, then with 3/4 cup of sugar.

Take out the pie and spread whipped egg whites on its surface, then scatter almonds and remaining fruits on top. Place in the oven at 200 degrees to brown slightly for about 7 minutes.
