Raw Easter kulich is a light, fragrant, and healthy treat that serves as an alternative to traditional yeast kulich. Its base is almond turned into a soft, velvety mass sweetened with natural honey, dried apricots, and raisins. This recipe draws inspiration from raw food traditions where ingredients retain maximum health benefits. The taste of the kulich is delicate and nutty with a pleasant fruity tartness; its texture is dense yet melts in the mouth. It is perfect for celebrating Easter for those who follow a healthy diet since it contains no flour, yeast or thermal processing. This kulich can be served with berries or plant milk to create a gentle festive mood.
