Cut the peeled apples (from the cores and skins) into large pieces, grease a 25x30 cm dish with oil, and evenly place the apple pieces at the bottom.

Place cottage cheese, egg yolks, butter, lemon zest, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the baking powder mixed with dry pudding and semolina, and mix well. Whip the egg whites into a thick foam, gradually adding powdered sugar.
- Soft cottage cheese: 500 g

- Cinnamon: pinch
- Dr. Oetker baking powder: 5 g
- Dr.Oetker Vanilla Pudding: 80 g
- Semolina: 25 g
- Egg white: 3 pieces
- Vanilla Powdered Sugar Dr.Oetker: 120 g

Gently fold the whipped egg whites and raisins into the cottage cheese mixture.
