Whisk the yolks with sugar until white. Blend strawberries, basil, milk, and cream, then mix the resulting strawberry cocktail with the egg-sugar mixture.
- Egg yolk: 4 pieces
- Sugar: 50 g
- Strawberry: 300 g
- Green basil: 20 g
- Milk: 300 ml
- Cream 35%: 200 ml
