Jelly candies are a refined treat from European cuisine where chefs love to experiment with textures and flavors. These sweets captivate with their transparency and tenderness, while fresh orange juice gives them a vibrant citrus aroma. Historically, such desserts were created as delicate pleasures for the nobility but have become accessible to all over time. Their softness and lightness make them an ideal conclusion to a meal or an elegant gift. They are simply prepared: juice is combined with sugar and orange zest and then mixed with bloomed gelatin to form a smooth, tender mass. After cooling, the candies achieve the perfect consistency and can be cut into various shapes, creating aesthetic pleasure. These candies are a true harmony of taste and texture, a joy for all ages.
