Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix flour, baking powder, and chili pepper.
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder: pinch

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix it in a large bowl with the butter. Beat with a hand mixer on low speed, adding the flour mixture in portions.
- Cheddar cheese: 200 g
- Butter: 200 g
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder: pinch

Place the dough in a pastry bag with a nozzle.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and grease it with refined vegetable oil. Squeeze sticks 15 cm long onto the paper and place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Place on a plate and let cool completely.
