Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add 50 grams of sugar, half the flour, mix, and let it rise for 3 hours.
- Fresh yeast: 70 g
- Milk: 300 ml
- Sugar: 150 g
- Wheat flour: 1 kg

Beat the yolks with the remaining sugar. Add to the dough. Dissolve the salt in a small amount of water and add it as well. Soften the butter, mix it with the dough, and add vegetable oil, then add the remaining flour and knead a soft dough. Let it rise for another hour. During this time, knead the dough 1-2 times.
- Egg yolk: 3 pieces
- Sugar: 150 g
- Salt: pinch
- Butter: 70 g
- Vegetable oil: 70 ml
- Wheat flour: 1 kg

While the dough rises, prepare the filling. Chop the mushrooms and onion, fry in oil (vegetable or butter), season with salt and pepper. Boil the eggs hard, peel, chop finely, and add to the mushrooms. Chop the green onion and add it as well. Mix the filling and taste for salt. Cool down.

Knead the prepared dough. Shape the pies and place them seam side down on parchment. Let them rise for 10-15 minutes. Before baking, you can brush with an egg mixed with a spoon of milk or cream. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
