A life-saving recipe for those who for some reason do not want to eat wheat flour. To bind the bran with the pancake mass, you can use, for example, a chicken egg and soft low-fat cottage cheese.

Mix bran, cottage cheese, and an egg (or just the egg white).

Heat a non-stick skillet and pour all or half of the batter onto it, depending on the size of pancakes you like. Fry for one and a half minutes on each side until golden.
