In a saucepan, bring water, sugar, cinnamon, orange zest, and anise to a boil. Remove from heat and cool well. Then strain.
- Water: 1.3 glass
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Cinnamon sticks: 1 piece
- Orange zest: 3 pieces
- Anise (star anise): 1.5 teaspoon

In a bowl, mix 1 1/4 cups of syrup with orange and lemon juice.
- Orange juice: 2.5 glasss
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

Soak gelatin in 3/4 cup of juice mixture for 5 minutes. Then bring to a boil over medium heat, allowing the gelatin to dissolve. Strain and pour into the remaining juice mixture.
- Gelatin: 4.5 teaspoons

Pour into molds and send to the refrigerator until set.
