Grape tart with custard is an exquisite dessert inspired by Italian culinary traditions. The crispy shortcrust pastry with a hint of oatmeal creates the perfect base for the delicate custard, complemented by juicy grape berries. The combination of sweet and refreshing notes from red and green grapes makes the tart's flavor refined and harmonious. This dessert not only pleases the eye with its elegance but is also perfect for concluding a romantic dinner or family gathering. A dusting of powdered sugar adds extra tenderness and festivity. In Italy, such tarts are often served with a glass of white wine to highlight the fruity notes of the dessert. The simplicity of preparation makes it accessible for any occasion—be it a cozy evening or a formal event.
