Peel the kiwi, cut it in half lengthwise, then slice it thinly crosswise.
- Kiwi: 4 pieces

Boil rice noodles in boiling water until cooked. Rinse under cold water and dry well. Transfer to a bowl and add chopped mint and 1 tablespoon of honey.
- Rice noodles: 50 g

For the sauce, mix the remaining honey, lime juice, chili powder, and 1 tablespoon of water in a small bowl.
