Tartlets with grapes

Grape tartlets are an exquisite dessert of Mediterranean cuisine, combining airy puff pastry with a sweet, juicy filling of green grapes. This recipe is rooted in the traditions of French and Italian gastronomy, where fruits often play a key role in light pastries. The crispy dough baked to a golden crust is gently complemented by the softness of the grape pulp, revealing its natural flavor under the caramel sweetness of sugar and creamy notes of egg yolk. These tartlets are perfect for morning tea, a light snack, or an elegant conclusion to a meal. Their refined taste highlights the delicate balance of fruity freshness and pastry crispness, making them a true gastronomic delight.
