Remove the seeds from the watermelon and blend it with sugar and mint.
- Watermelon: 3 kg
- Sugar: 50 g
- Mint: 10 g

Pour the result into a mold, place it in the freezer for an hour, take it out, crush the freezing mass with a fork, and put it back in the freezer. Repeat this procedure three to four times to achieve evenly frozen crumbs.
