Cognac is mixed into the dough, and when frying, the dough, which has not yet hardened, is sprinkled with chocolate shavings, which turn into glaze. A completely self-sufficient dessert. Cognac can be replaced with cream liqueur or rum essence.

Whisk the milk with the egg and flour until a homogeneous mixture forms.
- Milk: 2 glasss
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Wheat flour: 1.5 glass

Add salt and sugar to the mixture. Whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon

Then use a knife to make chocolate shavings, slice the banana into thin pieces. Add all of this to the mixture and mix thoroughly again with a mixer.
- Chocolate chips: 30 g
- Bananas: 1 piece

Add juice and cognac.
